ORDERING

How does it work?

It’s easy. You sign up, choose the number of meals that works for you, leave us your details, and your meals will arrive at your door.

We offer delivery to all of Toronto and parts of the GTA including lower Richmond Hill. If you are outside the delivery zone, shoot us an e-mail at info@marblemeals.com and we’ll most likely accommodate a delivery to your area. Delivery days are Monday and Thursday. You can choose to expect delivery between 10am-3pm.

Choose the order option that works for you depending on your needs and the number of meals you’d like to receive each week before Thursdays at 9pm.

Once you’ve placed your order, your food is prepared fresh and delivered in sealed microwavable containers. All meals are fully cooked and stay fresh in the fridge for 3-4 days. Simply heat and enjoy.

What if I don’t put the food in the fridge right away?

Freshness is top of mind for us, so your food will be on ice until you can get it in the fridge.

Do I have to return the containers?

No. To meet commercial health code standards, we can’t reuse them, but they are perfectly safe for reuse at home. If not, they are recyclable!

What if I have Diabetes?

Marble Meals builds its menu around lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and low fat products. Our meals are portion-controlled, and can be part of your managed diet.

What if I have an allergy?

To keep things simple and to mitigate errors, we do not make any changes or substitutions to any of our carefully crafted meals. Customers are encouraged to review the seasonal menu and we will be happy to make meal substitutions, but unfortunately we cannot substitute ingredients. You can find nutritional information for every product on the “Our Kitchen” page.

Please note that meals are prepared in a facility and with equipment that may have come into contact with peanuts or other nut products.

Can you design a custom menu for me?

We now have a custom order section. You may choose the meals you’d like from our menu of healthy, fresh meals which changes weekly and seasonally.

OUR MENU

How do I choose the meals that I want?

Our menu is on a four week schedule. This means you will receive the meals based on our set menu. However, we now offer the custom order section, so if something is not to your taste or there is something you can’t eat, you may now choose the meals you want off the weeks menu.

How many calories are in each meal?

We provide a full list of calories and macro-nutrient information for each meal based on average serving size.

How do I heat the meals?

All of our meal containers are microwave-safe and BPA-free. Heating time will vary depending on the power of your appliance and personal preference.

If I skip a meal, how long will it last until I can get back to it?

Meals are recommended to be consumed before the next delivery date (3-4 days).  If you have leftovers at the end of the meal period, you can simply freeze your remaining meals, and place them in the fridge the night before you want them. The next day you can heat them as normal when you’re ready to eat.

DELIVERIES & PICK-UPS

I’ve just placed an order. When will it be delivered?

When you placed your order, you should have chosen exactly which date and within what time window you wanted that order.  All deliveries will occur within the delivery window that was selected for the order.  If you need a reminder, sign-in to your account to check out your future orders and order history.

For deliveries: You’ll receive a text at the number you left with us approximately 30 minutes before your delivery is due to arrive.

What are the delivery windows?

For your convenience, we have two delivery windows: Monday and Thursday between 10:00am-3:00pm. We also provide pick up at York Muay Thai on Monday and Thursday after 5pm.

What are your delivery areas?

We currently deliver regularly throughout Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, North York, Thornhill, and lower Richmond Hill.

What if the meals arrive at my door and I am not home to receive it?

We have tried to make it as convenient as possible with our delivery times during the week and a pick up location, but we know that sometimes life gets in the way. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the driver will do their best to leave the package for you in a safe and secure location. Often, this is either by your door, left with your building’s concierge, or some of our clients leave coolers or mini-fridges to store their order. What if my delivery didn’t arrive?

If you haven’t received your order, there was most likely something preventing our driver from completing delivery. If you live in a condo without a concierge, apartment building, have a locked gate, or if there is something else obstructing delivery we will not leave the package in a public location. In the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us with an alternative delivery window. Please ensure that you are available for the alternative date and time arranged for your delivery. If we are again unable to complete, we will unfortunately not be able to arrange a third attempt at delivery, and will be unable to provide you a refund for that order period.

If you know of any problems that may prevent us from getting your food to you ahead of time, please contact us at info@marblemeals.com as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements.

Once a package has arrived at its intended location and has been left with either the concierge or at your door, Marble Meals holds no liability for the safety of the package or its contents.

Can I provide the driver with a key or the access code to my building?

Clients may choose to provide delivery drivers with access codes, keys, or other means of entry into their residence or delivery location. We do not recommend using this method because we cannot guarantee your code or location of your spare key will remain confidential.

What if there is a snowstorm or inclement weather preventing delivery?

In the unlikely event that our lovely Canadian weather prevents us from getting your meals to you, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time and date.

Where can I pick my food up?

We have a pick up location in North York at York Muay Thai located at 155 Limestone Crescent.

YOUR ACCOUNT

How do I make changes to my details?

All of your account and order details are designed to be self-managed.  This means that just about everything can be managed with just a couple of clicks through your online account.  But if you need assistance, we’re here to help.  Just call or text us at 416-453-1152, or email us at info@marblemeals.com.

How do I receive delivery and order notifications?

We will let you know about your order notifications or other account matters through email. You will receive a notice of impending delivery via text on the number you leave us.

PAYMENTS, CHARGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

When will I be charged?

All orders are charged and confirmed immediately after purchase.

For maximum convenience and flexibility, you may cancel your order Friday by 11:59pm for the following week, after that, the orders are locked in at precisely the stated cutoff

The 1 week recurring orders will be charged every week on the day you’ve made your initial purchase.

The 4 week recurring orders will be charged every 4 week on the day you’ve made your initial purchase.

What if I travel a lot?

We’re not here to over complicate things, so just let us know Fridays by 11:59pm that you will be out of town the following week, and we can put your order on hold. You can send us an email at info@marblemeals.com, call or text us us at 416-453-1152 and be glad to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to cancel your plan please give us a heads up by latest Friday at 11:59pm for the upcoming week. Feel free to send us an email at info@marblemeals.com call or text us at 416-453-1152 and we’ll gladly assist you through the process.

What are my payment options?

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).

CATERING ORDERS

How does it work?

Marble Meals is pleased to offer delicious, healthy, gourmet style hot and cold catering for groups of 25 or more.

Contact us at 416-453-1152, or via email at info@marblemeals.com for the menu and ordering information.

Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.

What is your delivery area?

We currently deliver within Toronto, North York, Thorhill, and lower Richmond Hill. 

Why is the catering menu different from the regular meal plan menus?

Our catering menu options are prepared in the morning and delivered daily by lunch-time, or evening.  This allows our chefs even more flexibility to use ingredients that they can’t normally use for the regular meal plan menus that have to stay delicious for up to 4 days.

What payment method do you accept for catering orders?

We accept e-transfer and credit for catering orders.

AFFILIATE/PICK UP HUBS

How does it work?

We proudly stock the on-site fridges of (York Muay Thai) with healthy and delicious whole food snacks, fruit cups, wraps and organic, cold-pressed juices. Pick-up service is available at this locations Monday and Thursday evening (after 5:00pm-9:00pm).
